Wood Fire Spare Parts Policy 2010

Effective immediately, our spare parts policy will be as follows:

• We will not guarantee the supply of spare parts for wood fires over 15 years old, from date of manufacture.
• We will supply parts only if:
  • We have stock on hand
  • It is a generic part with a more recent fire

Please find below the list of Masport wood fires from Glen Dimplex Australasia Ltd that are over 15 years old that we will no longer source spare parts for.
